Our tours run rain or shine! Most wineries offer indoor tastings, and our comfortable, climate-controlled vehicles keep you dry. We recommend dressing for the weather just in case.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made 48 hours in advance. For cancellations within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
We welcome groups of all sizes! Our standard tours typically host 2 to 14 guests. For larger groups, including bachelorette or corporate tours, please contact us directly for custom options.
Absolutely! Private tours are available for couples, small groups, and special occasions. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll tailor a tour just for you.
Yes — pick-up and drop-off at your Kelowna or West Kelowna location is included in all our tours. If you're outside that area, please contact us for arrangements.
All tasting fees, bottled water, a light snack, and concierge service are included. We also offer special touches for bachelorette groups — like a free spot for the bride and sabering sparkling wine!
